Patricia’s doctoral research produced an emergent framework for “strategic capacity”—the ability of teams to realize their vision—and she now applies that insight to unlock purpose-driven results for clients. She holds a DBA from Lawrence Technological University, an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Ohio State University, and a BA in Accounting and Finance from Wright State University. When she’s not guiding leaders, you’ll find her cycling, hiking, gardening, meditating, or adventuring with her husband and two children.
Brian Breneman, CPA, CGMA, is Enhance C-Suite’s founder and Managing Partner, bringing 30 years of finance leadership across public accounting, CFO roles, and entrepreneurship. He’s guided startups and multi-site global manufacturers alike—raising capital, structuring M&A, driving Lean operational turnarounds, and scaling revenues (including a 350 % sales expansion across seven countries). Having acquired seven companies, led angel-funded roll-ups, and launched multiple ventures, Brian pairs strategic valuation know-how with hands-on operational excellence to help businesses seize opportunities, sidestep pitfalls, and accelerate enterprise value.
An entrepreneurial operator, investor, and growth strategist with a proven track record in scaling multi-unit businesses, launching tech-driven startups, and advising founders through growth and operational challenges. He played a lead role in building Dr. Dental into a 50-location, $50M ARR organization with a successful 8-figure private equity exit, and has helped several early-stage ventures improve financial performance, team development, and go-to-market execution. Brett is also an active real estate developer, having entitled thousands of residential units across the U.S., with a focus on value creation through zoning, design, and strategic investment. He serves as an advisor to MSU Research Foundation, co-founder at Rally Capital, and mentor at Harvard Innovation Lab and Mass Challenge. When not supporting founders, Brett enjoys hiking, surfing, snowboarding, pickleball, and—most of al —spending time with his wife and family, watching his children explore the world.
Brady Buher is a Financial Analyst at Enhance C-Suite, where he supports clients with budgeting, FP&A, valuation, and financial reporting. He holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA from Asbury University, and previously worked as a Senior Accountant serving small businesses nationwide. Brady holds both the CEPA and CVA credentials and is based in Marquette, MI. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, hiking, and biking with his wife and their Great Pyrenees, Fynn, and serves as a board member for Marquette Breakfast Rotary and Treasurer for the Northern Skies District of the Michigan United Methodist Church.
